Spoilage

Mark spoiled or damaged goods and it removes them from inventory right away, so your counts stay honest and you can see what you are losing to waste.

Forms

The same four logs you keep on paper, filled in on a phone or tablet on the floor. The difference is that the system does the checking: cooling deadlines are counted for you, and the nitrite bag reconciles itself, so a problem shows up while you can still do something about it rather than at the end of the week.

Timestamps are captured automatically when you save. No need to type in the time — the system records it for you. Phase 2: temperature probes can feed readings directly into these logs.

Records

Everything that has been logged, searchable. Type a lot number to pull every form that touched it, which is the question you get asked during an inspection or a recall.
